Good workout, bit by bit! Good workout, bit by bit!I enjoy this app. Due to health problems I need to exercise, but often can only manage a few minutes at a time. This app guides me through 5 minutes at a time of exercise. Then I have the option to continue. Controls are pretty intuitive. Videos are decent quality and not over-staged, which I like. The only problems I have had were: one time the video froze and twice it crashed. That's why I rated four stars.

Yes!!! Yes!!!Love this app- great videos, and love how it' short and monitors your movements. I agree with some of the reviews- needs cool down options, and should be able to choose the workouts within the sessions instead of having to re-do the first one every time. I would love to see some stretching videos.

So Easy to Use App! So Easy to Use App!Great Workout! You can make it as Easy or Hard as you'd like. If you don't have enough time this is Great. If you have All Day you can Keep Loading video after video. 2 Thumbs up for this App! The one thing I wish is Volume was Louder-I attach go my BrookStone speaker so I can hear instructions.
