Tickets laden häufig nicht. Die Buchung selber dauert auch unheimlich lange. Unnötig kompliziert. Handyticket war besser und viel schneller, nur leider geht der Ticketkauf ab Juni darüber nicht mehr.

Eigentlich hatte ich als gelegentlicher Bahnfahrer gehofft, das mysteriöse Gemix aus Großraum-, Ring- und Zonentarifen des HVV etwas vereinfacht zu bekommen. Ich wünsche mir die Angabemöglichkeit der Starthaltestelle und des Ziels, möchte dann die Kosten daraus berechnet bekommen und das Ticket buchen können. Das können die Automaten (teilweise) inzwischen besser, die App ist da kaum eine Hilfe.

Umständliche App ohne Best Price-Option und Passbook. Die App ignoriert die Möglichkeiten von Smartphones. Ist wohl eher für den HVV als für den Kunden gedacht. Ein Fahrkartenautomaten auf dem Smartphone braucht niemand. Leider auch keine Teilnahme mehr bei HandyTicket.

With the HVV-App you always have your personal timetable information and your own ticket machine for all the different types of transport available in the Hamburg Public Transport Association (HVV) at your fingertips wherever you are.

  The HVV-App offers the following functions: 
- timetable information
 - departure times monitor 
- a ticket shop ( for the mobilTicket) 
- an overview of the surrounding area incl. all stops
 - a zoomable map of the network 
- switchh: additional mobility options 

N.B.:
 To use the timetable info and the departure time monitor and to buy a mobilTicket you need an active online connection, since the details you load are real-time updates....
