Publishing your wait times is only good if you are actually following them and are able to deliver that access, Otherwise it's just plain misleading. The whole drop your name/symptoms into a poorly monitored box is flawed. Also had to appreciate the staff walking by without bothering to ask if you had been helped... Good potential, but needs workflow tweaking!!!

Crashes every time I tap "wait times." P. S. If there were any way to schedule/request an appt from this app that would be fantastic. Just a thought.

I want to know who gives the wait times? How can anyone say what the wait time is? Just because there is no one in the waiting room does not mean there is no wait. There could be all rooms filled with tons going on and the app says wait time 5 min??? I don't think so! And there could be no one waiting and no one in rooms and the wait time says 25 mins. Not accurate at all. Useless! This would be a great tool if it was accurate but it isn't. This just totally sets up false expectations and patients get angry with UC staff because they were given bad information. Unfair to both patients and staff!
