No thought No thoughtThis workout literally just increases the number of minutes you are running. Eg: week 4: run 4 minutes, walk one minute, repeat 5 times week 5: run 5 minutes, walk 1 minute, repeat 5 times. Not really a professional or well planned running program.

Get off the couch! Get off the couch!The "Ease into..." apps are great. 5K is a great intro to running. 10K builds on top of that once you complete 5K. It helps ease your body into shape gradually so you shouldn't need to worry a out over training.

Ease in 10k Ease in 10kHaving stopped running for a while I used it to get me back started and its been fantastic. I then went on to extend my runs training for a half marathon. I tried other apps for that but came back to this one as you can still record longer runs and found it so much easier to use than the others I tried. Highly recommended for those coming back to running after injury or a break for other reasons.
