Neglect - Unprofessional - Works Poorly! Neglect - Unprofessional - Works Poorly!As their customer I believe access to my email via mobile is basic. Problem is they show no interest in investing any time in updating, testing or fixing their app. The app works very poorly and for whatever reason no revisions have ever been made - look at Apple's revision history for their app. :(

Just would be nice to get it to work! Just would be nice to get it to work!It would be nice to be able to check my e-mail away from home. I haven't been able to get this app to work at all. I have entered in what is being asked, and still no dice. It is extremely frustrating that I have not received an acknowledgement from EarthLink about this app after contacting them about it not working.
