    It's a unique app. A formidable workout and nutritional plan all in one app.

  • Covers everything!
    This app is fantastic for all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. It has personalized workouts, on par with a personal trainer. It also has nutrition lessons, grocery lists, food suggestions, and meal plans with recipes. I have been using this app for months now, and have lost a significant amount of weight. I'm in shape, and I have more energy as well. My favorite part, by far, is the recipes and grocery lists. It's all properly balanced, nutritional, and delicious food, and I can just grab that week's list and go shopping. No thinking needed. Makes my schedule smooth and easy. If nothing else, you should try this for that feature alone.

  • Great motivation to get in shape
    I'm a traveling musician and this app helps me stay in shape on the road. I love how everything is customized to your ability and how it keeps track of how many reps you did at the last workout so you know what to shoot for. Even on days when I'm sick or super tired I use the mobility exercises and stretches for to feel better and have more energy.

    Lost 20lbs in 2 months! It takes a lot of hard work and perseverance! I felt like giving up cuz it's so hard, but this app can help you achieve your goal! Do or do not, there is no try!

A team of trainers, nutritionists, programmers, and designers built me to make the
world a healthier place.

I create customized workouts programs based on your age, weight, strength,
endurance, and gender. If you have workout equipment I can also incorporate your equipment into the program.

My 4-week nutrition program focuses on a healing elimination diet to help you lose
weight, burn fat, and improve your energy and mood. Each week you will receive a
complete list of rules, meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists to remove all the
guesswork from eating healthy!
