Still having problems I started game over under another name and again on chapter 5 page 52 game starts at chapter 1 please fix I purchased this game and I can,t finish it players Agnes and Mary can not play goes back to chapter 1. Please please fix I expected more from your company makes me wonder if I will purchase in the future

Purchased Game Would Not Unlock Purchased Game Would Not UnlockIn-app purchase failed to unlock game after we paid for it. Apple was kind enough to give refund. I wanted to buy this game up front but there was no option to do this. You have to download the free version and then buy the full game as an in-app purchase. This is different from other games that we purchased from Big Fish and it proved to be a disaster and a big disappointment. We tried to install the game several times via iTunes and direct download but the app would not validate and unlock the "already-purchase" game. We tried to install this game on different iPads but had no luck. It seems that things have changed since Churchill Downs purchased Big Fish. The lesson learned here is to buy directly from the developer and buy the game up front. Stay away from games that require an in-app purchase to unlock the full game.
