Bugs in the Bill Pay Bugs in the Bill PayOverall, the app is OK for tracking my balance. Lately, the Bill Payment feature fails to remove some bills from my "unpaid bills" list even though I have confirmed a scheduled payment. Has happened with one bill in 3 consecutive months and now with a second one. Need to fix this bug. Also agree that charge for mobile deposit should be dropped. My other bank does this for free, so I make my mobile deposits there instead.

App is Useless App is UselessOver 50% of attempts to transfer between accounts or pay a bill comes up an "Error. Try again. Or call blah blah." Worthless. Bank of America looking better and better for my business.

Nope NopeIf you are contemplating downloading this app, you may want a new bank all together. Commerce typically slams you with fees whenever possible like for depositing a check. The app itself, doesn't always work—especially when you need it to. I believe this app is Commerce giving its customers the middle finger, every other bank out there has an easy to use, reliable app. Nope, not Commerce. The app is just glitchy overall, gives many error messages, and doesn't allow you to log in—more often then not.

Junk JunkWas great, now errors to transfer funds. Not to mention $.50 to deposit checks? Another fail Commerce. And now it creates the error when logging in. Bad.

This app is horrible This app is horribleThe app never works and says that it is not functioning. I know it is not a huge bank but everyone uses apps in this day and age.
