Needs UI Update Needs UI UpdateThis app helps find local Third Wave coffee shops, however the info provided about those shops is minimal. I end up looking first at Coffee Guru to find some shops, then head over to Yelp to look up review and pictures. If there was a way to dump Coffee Guru's rating system (which almost no one uses), pictures, and reviews altogether, in favor of a link to Yelp, that would actually improve the app a ton. The user interface also isn't HD. I like the app, but there simply aren't enough users of it for the review system to be effective, so a switch to integrating other services (Yelp or Foursquare) would improve the usability.

Amazing app for coffee lovers.If your idea of good coffee is Starbucks then you probably don't need this app. If you love great independent coffee shops and you travel then you absolutely need this app. The UI could use an update but the app is awesome. Update on Dec 5 2013. CoffeeGuru has once again made my business trip much better by helping me find awesome coffee. The UI still needs work but the app is doing exactly what I bought it for.

An exceptional coffee app An exceptional coffee appWow, finally a great coffee app for Canadians! If you're serious about great coffee you need this app! I live in Montreal and travel often throughout Canada for work. I've been using CoffeeGuru for six months now and am so impressed. I was in Victoria last week and it was a godsend. Haven't tried it in the UK, but impressed by the US coverage as well.

Awesome, awesome, awesome Awesome, awesome, awesomeWhat a great, user-friendly app! This app excels at finding the local coffee house popular with the surrounding neighborhoods. These local places almost invariably use fresher beans--many times locally roasted--than larger, chain coffee shops, which results in an amazing taste difference in your beverage of choice. This is easily one of my favorite apps!
