Solid, but needs visual updating for larger phones. Solid, but needs visual updating for larger phones. This app (on my phone, anyway) allows me to visually tap a tempo to a song playing on my iPhone's library. Once I actually play the metronome audibly, it cuts off the music. But with both apps opened prior to playback on either, it definitely lets me tap out the tempo visually atop music playing in the background. Super useful for rehearsals, sets, and also tapping out new ideas/test tempos on the fly. Great sounds. Recommendations/requests: 1) Make it larger to fill the screens of iPhone 5, 6, 6 plus. 2) Make the setlist more of a one-touch functionality—make it slightly more accessible and faster with names for each tempo displayed. Other than these two caveats, I love it, and I've definitely gotten my money's worth.

Could be okay, but… Could be okay, but…Crashes when trying to add a section to a song.

Almost Perfect Met Almost Perfect MetComparable to $100+ programmable mets. This is met awesome! I'm a marching percussion instructor and percussion enthusiast. I've used this met for practice and performance and am recommending it to all my friends and students. I finally took the time to learn how to program this met and it is fantastic. I'm looking forward to importing my own sounds too. The sounds work, but are limited just like on the Dr. Beat.

Just about Exactly.. Just about Exactly..Guys.. wow! I love this app. For years I've wanted to find or create a metronome that utilized this 360 degree clock-style sweeping visual feature, just like the one I've found with Clockwork. And with the added feature of the screen flash, it makes it even that much easier to stay aware of the click track despite other increases in dynamics or volume..either from my own playing or from other elements (all normal things that occur in a performance..) helping immensely with possibly one of the most frustrating things for any drummer who uses clicks. So thank you thank you. You guys rock. (and now I don't have to invent it. You guys already did:) So also.. I may not be 100% familiar with the capabilities of the app, I've had it a couple of months now on my 4s. But I do have a few questions I'm hoping you could try and answer: 1) If I program songs and then access and play them from the "songs" list in the app, there doesn't seem to be a way to have the screen flash also activated. Thing is, it's one of my favorite features.. to have the screen flash activated.. and I need to pre-program songs because there isn't time to manually change the bpm in between doing songs. there's barely enough time to hit the touch screen a few times, and select from the songs list. I may have missed something but, does the screen flash function not work when I use it the app this way? 2) Does the app support the ability to use a piece of iphone hardware.. such as an iphone keyboard, and if so, for the purpose of being able to use its tactile keys (somehow) to at least start and stop the device? (because there are many times when the responsiveness of an actual mechanical button works much better than that of the touch-screen. Does that make sense? ) Or, could there be a way to toggle the function of the volume up button on the side of the phone for instance, so that it could be used for either 'volume up', or for 'start and stop'. (same as the touch-screen 'play' button on the top right corner of the screen. That would be reeeally cool.... :) 3) And yea, I'm sure it's been mentioned before.. but the ability to export "songs" created in this app as mp3 files would be invaluable.. 4) Lastly, how about laptop versions.. for Mac and PC, both? Heck, I'd even be happy to pay a fair price for this software if it were for sale. If you read this far, thanks again. This is all just my constructive wish list of comments.. form a user that may have come across a situation that someone else might have too, and that might be really easy to change and update. Ya never know if you don't ask! I really do love the Clockwork app just as it is though, and plan to keep on using it regardless! :) -Darren Nashville, TN

Incredible! But... Incredible! But...I am a percussion director/band director and this app really is super helpful. It's a DB90... Except your program/clicktrack doesn't go away when the batteries die. To make this app even more marketable and user-friendly, it really needs an export to mp3 option. I would be able to give it my students to practice with and also share with the other band directors. Also, being able to sync it among other devices would be awesome! Everything within the app is top-notch though. Please export to mp3!!!! :)
