giving 0 BPM for half of my 700 songs giving 0 BPM for half of my 700 songsbought this app hoping to put together a running playlist. have scanned my library and out of the 700 songs about half have a 0 instead of an actual value. i can understand a few songs that vary heavily but most songs with 0 have a steady and distinct beat, like the white stripes, etc. any help is appreciated getting it to work properly!

Useful, but only barely Useful, but only barelyI think I got $4 of value out of this app, from the number of songs that it did manage to tag … but aside from the core BPM-detection functionality it really is a pretty terribly written app. The UI is rudimentary and clunky, it’s very slow at scanning the library, and it fails on a large number of tracks. The manual BPM tapper doesn’t work, either — it does update the BPM in the app, but doesn’t write it back to iTunes.

Non funziona Non funzionaNonostante sia impostato tutto come descritto nel loro supporto non trova una canzone… niente di niente! solo 7 playlist, che non ho. Ma come è possibile che un app che non funziona per niente giri sull’app store!?!?! Toglietela! Rivoglio i soldi!

Aber daß das Programm keine eigene Datenbank anlegt (wie BeaTunes), sondern jedes mal von vorn beginnt, ist sehr ärgerlich. Ich warte jetzt seit 7 Stunden, daß er damit fertig wird, meine Playlists einzulesen (und das schon zum wiederholten Mal!!!). Offensichtlich vergleicht er jeden einzelnen meine rtracks mit jeder Playlist - es ist eine Katastrophe! Was ich gut finde, ist, daß ich einzelne Playlists analysieren kann. Außerdem ist es viel viel viel viel schneller als BeaTunes!!! Was ich schlecht finde, ist, daß ich in den Präferenzen keine Genres ausschließen kann (z.B. Hörbücher oder Ambient). Außerdem würde ich mir wünschen, daß ich einzelne/mehrere Titel vom Desktop auf das Fenster ziehen könnte und die BPM dann in die ID3 Tags geschrieben werden, bzw. daß ich einzelne Titel aus dem iTunes-Fenster auf Cadence ziehen könnte und die BPMs dann in den ID3-Tags UND in iTunes erscheinen. Für kleine Bibliotheken mag es gehen - für größere ist es eine Zumutung!
