The software works solid and stable and customer service even is a stunner!

I used this service for the trial period and it worked decently, crashing every so often, but never enough to frustrate me. I then purchased a license after the trial period and it began to crash more often; today I have attempted to use it over 30 times and it has crashed every time. Get it together guys.

This application is overpriced. When trying to synchronize events on with iOS 5.1x device, the synchronization crashes all the time. Moreover, when synchronizing both ways the synchronization process creates duplicates of the birthdays calendar on the mobile device.

Contacts belong cetainly to our most important data. (In my case i have collected around 3000 business contacts over the last years.) The software that you are using to synchronize your contacts should be 100% reliable. Unfortunately this software is not: - It duplicates contacts during synchronization, in doing so crippling the duplicated datasets in a weird fashion, the result are totally bloated contact sets. The duplicate detection of the Thunderbird plugin does not detect a single duplicate afterwards... - BirdieSync always tries to delete several thousand contacts from my iPhone, also those that were synchronized just before... I spent hours over hours with the software in order to make it do what i wanted: No way (despite the fact that I am computer scientist who makes his living with writing software). I don't like to imagine what non computer scientists could make out of their data with this software... What a pity!
