NEEDS work!! NEEDS work!!I just downloaded the app and after I finish this review I'll be deleting it because hte app is NOT tied to the website -- NO access to your favorites and NO access to all the good information (on the website) so unless this major oversight is corrected, this app is not as useful as it could be.

another unedited app another unedited appThe idea of people posting their local places inevitably results in crap listings like The Milk Shack, which is located up the street from me in a private home with a new baby. doesn't work, guys. You need to edit, not just turn it loose and hope for the best. Deletd.

My new favorite food app My new favorite food appI have the 4s, so of course I have Siri to tell me she found seventeen restaurants, several of which are fairly close to me, but The Daily Meal's app filters the food world in a way that helps me navigate better through cities I know and find the standout dishes when I'm on the road. I really like the maps feature and the city guides, and can't wait to start filling in the best dishes at my favorite restaurants.
