Nice idea in theory that needs major expansion Nice idea in theory that needs major expansionFor starters, this app was promoted in the High on signage devoid of a QR code. Really?! Fine, we manually searched for it. Unfortunately, it had little purpose. Attempting to use it initially yielded no results, and I concluded it was dysfunctional. As we moved further into the exhibit, I discovered there were certain items with a special logo indicating they worked with this app. At least that explained why the other ones didn't work, but it proved to be a time-consuming operation for nothing, as the app said exactly what was printed on the wall. I found this to be the case for the majority of the pieces. Some had slightly more info but still omitted common questions one could have. This app needs to offer basic info for all works and provide in-depth information for the features pieces. Hope they'll continue to work on it, and perhaps I'll download it again on another visit. In the meantime, I'm deleting it. Oh, there are certain items that do contain audio, but who would know to bring earbuds into the museum?

Useful, but- Useful, but-The app did not recognize the artwork in the children's area, which would have been quite beneficial to me.

5 minutes too late 5 minutes too lateIf I had only known about this BEFORE I paid for the audio tour...

Outstanding, but would like larger font! Outstanding, but would like larger font!Easy to use, extremely well done, fast! Thanks! Text would be easier to read if we could make it larger, or turn grey to black for more contrast.

High bar set High bar setThis app reflects a careful consideration of visitor usability factors and simple elegance. The uncluttered interface sets a standard. The image recognition is simply fascinating. Try photographing a small corner or skewed capture of a supported art piece and it still finds the interpretive data. Good work by the museum and it's developer Second Story. - @mickell
