Report on latest update: Better though: Wind arrow still the wrong way around Still no iPad version No night time weather symbols With data available the App could look a lot better and contain a lot more detail However latest Version seems smoother and a little faster Though with all the server issues over the past 12 or so months it doesn't matter as you can't view data anyway!!

Well it’s great hardware and a great website, the app trails behind a bit though. Shame the app/website was pretty much down from the 24th Dec’13 - 2 Jan’14 - although at least the data was still being logged, just you could barley view it. I’m sure a few people who got this for Xmas were not impressed. Shame Oregon Scientific didn’t acknowledge the issues on their website, fix it over xmas or reply to my support request regarding the problems yet. Update 9 April 14 Website/app been down for 48 hours now rendering £300+ worth of kit useless. Again like the Xmas outage nothing on their website and support hasn't replied, they never did reply about the Xmas outage either. This is disgusting for a large company and someone needs to shame them into sorting this. 11 April 2014 ---------------- A message about their server issues has been posted on their website, a start I suppose. 11 November 2014 ---------------------- Data been down for over 24 hours now, as usual no messages on their website. Last week there was a 24 outage on humidity data too. To be honest I'm thinking of trying to get my money back as this just isn't fit for purpose. Over £200 spent on this kit with extra sensors and on 3 occasions the server has been down / not showing data for up to weeks. A joke for a big company, they need to be named and shamed. Many times they haven't even replied to support messages. 14 November 2014 ---------------------- Well last outage was only 36 hours and they did actually post a message on their website which is an improvement. Still a language update to an app that needs some actual improvements though, mmm.... 1. Needs channel naming - come on this would be easy! Think I saw your local Bluetooth weather station app has this. 2. Needs a widget for iOS 8 3. Needs a UI tweak as switching channels should be easier from the top level, not having to view history and swipe. 4. Swipe too fast between channels and it shows data from wrong channel. (Assuming last updated didn't fix this as didn't say bug fixes) What about this a way to capture data locally by using the USB or Ethernet connections to your local PC for enthusiast users, this would bypass your regular server issues.
