Dosing App Doesn't Work Dosing App Doesn't WorkBug in antibiotic selection - even when drug entered into program gives "info-please select antibiotic" message. Never provides a calculation. Of note, not sure how the program would have calculated renal function per Cockcroft-Gault anyway given that it doesn't ask for patient height.

Só não dei 5 estrelas por não ter o resultado também em porcentagem da dose usual. Eng: Extremely practical. I recommend for all who works with antibiotics and renal failure, I only not gave 5 star because doesn't show results in percent of usual dosage and doesn't support other languages.
